How do I subscribe to Auto-filed Folders in the Outlook Connector (OCFO)?

Issue

Messages that have been auto-filed are placed in new folders that do not appear by default for Outlook Connector users.

Resolution

Reset the folder list and unsubscribe/resubscribe to the Inbox

For Outlook 2003 + OCFO users:

  1. Go to the Tools menu and select IMAP4 Folders->Reset Folder List.
  2. Go to the Tools menu and select IMAP4 Folders->Subscribe/Unsubscribe.
  3. Locate your auto-filed folders and, for each folder, select the folder and click Show.
  4. Click OK.
