Trouble with Outlook after e-mail autofiling
Issue
The subjects and dates on messages in Outlook with the Oracle Connector do not show up correctly after your e-mail account was autofiled.
Resolution
Reset Outlook to clear its cache
With your computer's mouse, right-click on the
Inbox
icon.
Select
Properties
.
Go to the
Administration
tab.
Click on the
Reset
button.
Click
OK
to close the dialog box.
Note:
If you do not have a
Reset
button you are
not
using Outlook with the Oracle Connector
