Thunderbird: cannot see AutoFiled e-mail messages
Issue
The "AutoFiled" folder appears in Thunderbird, but the e-mail messages do not.
Resolution
Change Thunderbird's settings so it supports folders that contain sub-folders and messages
From the
Tools
menu, select
Account Settings...
.
From the options listed under e-mail account's title, select
Server Settings
.
In the
Server Settings
section, click the
Advanced...
button.
Click the
IMAP tab
(if necessary).
Remove the check box for
Server supports folders that contain sub-folders and messages
.
